If I had a MILLION DOLLARS ......
I would probably invest it and live off the profit. However for fun, I will work on the challenge.

A million dollars will not go as far as it used to. In todays climate, making investments are risky. With your aversion to hot weather, getting a house with cool weather would be a sensible action.
My current investments are doing pretty good. I make more than I spend each year.
A farm with giraffes! You can charge admission fees! 😂

I have money for horses. I can buy a dozen horses. They are cheap if you know where to look. Now feeding them for 30 years is not cheap, LOL.

My whole life has been sensible. I have very little debt. I squeeze pennies until they squeal. Other than investing money, I don't know what else to do
