Yes most definitely I do, so your not alone hon. I hate this heat it makes me feel just so damn miserable.
I hope you enjoy a wonderful weekend and are able to get rid of the blues soon.

Thank goodness I am not the only one.
How is your packing going?
Hugs!!
I think this year is the first time I really avoided going outside due to the heat. And really, as things go around here, it hasn't (yet?) been THAT hot. I blame aging for this!
I am older than dirt so I suppose I should expect it
Hugs!!
We bought a small home in canada to escape the blistering hot Nashville summers. Not much you can do when it's consistently 90+ degrees and high humidity. It does affect my mood when cooped up days on end cuz of heat. Well, no more of that thankfully. Hang in there!!
A home in Canada is a perfect idea. I need to explore that idea.
Hugs!!!
I don't get down in the heat but I can feel very uncomfortable if it's too hot.
You need AC. Think of all the stiff nipples you could encourage
Hugs!!
Heat has never really bothered me. Just sweat and drink plenty of water and go on. Now winter, have never been a big fan of. When my toes and fingers get really cold, I'm cold all over. Having cool morning here this week then 80's for the day.
Winter doesn't bother me. I bundle up. Of course Oklahoma winters are mostly mild. It makes it easier.
Hugs!!
The humid hot heat kicks my ass I have to make sure I hydrate and after a few hours outside I come in to coll down..Hugs
I have been chugging water and green tea. I tinkle so many times during the day .... LOL.
Hugs!!
Hello Pony Luv, I wouldn't call it blues, perhaps melancholy? Like you I prefer the cooler months. And here I sit in Sin City, what the hell was I this?? Sigh.
Try and stay cool Luv, fall is just a few short weeks away. I hope.
Sin City is just for now. When you retire you will get to choose a new landing spot and then follow your race schedule
Hugs!!
I don't feel it so much in the summer...but usually December it starts for me and lasts till later March. Try supplementing vitamin d. I hope you feel better soon!
I have added Vit D to my regimen. Thank you!
Hugs!!
I do. Heat makes me lethargic but Autumn is just around the corner...at least up here.
Our days will start cooling off a bit in September. Our evenings will be cool and pleasant. It's always a blessed relief.
Hugs!!
Since I have a reptilian tolerance to heat, it's the air conditioning that gets to me. I'm wearing a hoodie at the office.
They keep it cold so they can stare at your stiff nipples
Hugs!!
I deal with anxiety and asthma. I used to walk every morning in the summer, but now if I do, if it's humid, I cough my ass off. The Canadian wildfires have messed up our air, too. I'm staying inside more, and that sux!
The high heat always makes it tough to go out. I have been avoiding going anywhere for a week now. Makes me just want to sit on the couch all day. Cant wait for fall.
Yes!! It gets depressing to be cooped up. I feel you hon.
Hugs!!
I grew up enjoying the heat of summer. Even today at my age I still enjoy the heat.
You are so blessed to enjoy the heat! Your summers should be wonderful
Hugs!!
It seems like you are more in a rut. Doing about the same things each day. Why not try and shake your routine up a little? You used to have a horse trough , that you filled with water and just lounged in the cool water, didn't you? Is it still available and have you tried it? When was the last time you went on a horse back ride in the cool of the morning or evening? Found shade under some trees, whatever , maybe have a lawn chair to sit on, and just relax while enjoying the scenery? Why does every thing you do need to be some sort of work?
I sit in my yard swing every evening to watch the sun go down. It's relaxing and pretty with all the trees.
Then after dark I sit by the pond and talk to the fish and frogs.
I think I need a new project, even if it is just assembling a puzzle
