I spent the day traveling, looking at a home and traveling back to the farm. Bah. Too much sitting. Nice place but so much sitting.
I admit I look at other homes and ponder how loud can you be during sex before the other bedroom occupants hear you? Before the neighbors hear you?
This place would probably need me to be quiet. Wascally wabbit quiet.
As opposed to last night when I got a bit noisy and nobody could hear me, LOL.

I have not yet gotten comfortable with the idea of having sex when HWD’s daughters are staying over. I suppose if they were here all the time we’d have to figure it out.
Those are some important factors when looking for a place to live. But for me I like to be loud and don't mind others hearing lol.

Do understand, when one leaves the country the houses are right next to each other. One reason I have chose where I live. Four seasons, mountains and neighbor a quarter mile away....Hugs

Hello Pony Luv, that is an interesting criteria for a home to purchase. I might add that to my list of requirements.
I'm a quiet lover honestly. I prefer to hear my sweetie make the noises. Probably due to so many years locked in a steel tube under the sea. Oh well.

I was quiet to silent all the years the kids were growing up. Then once I relaxed, I got noisy.

That would be a prime consideration in finding a new place. Of course out on the farm/ranch you wouldn't want to spook the livestock either. Lol
So far, the current animals don't mind noisy sex. My previous dog preferred to not be on the bed when I got happy
