How was your day?
Last week the website seemed slow. My messages - emails were not functioning. Then I was unable to sign in.
I talked to a friend who said my account showed deactivated.
No clue why. I didn't do it.
I sent customer service an email explaining the issue and they got right on it. Fixed ALL my struggles.
I should send them cookies, however I have no idea where my helper is based.
This is my shout out, my pat on the back to the hardworking staff in customer support!!

Nothing beats solid customer support coming through when everything decides to break at once. Glad they got you back up and running. They definitely earned that shout?out.

Site Support do a great job often under trying circumstances.
The few times I needed customer support, I found them very supportive.
