Hi everyone ... haven't posted for awhile ... haven't been in the mood lol anyway, in a funk and adjusting to being in my empty apartment again ... think I'm past the worst of it finally ... dragging myself out of my comfy little cave and going to hang out with family/friends instead of sitting here ... could say I've been stuck in a loop - I've been either coloring, reading or watching a movie or series ... rinse and repeat lol

my neice gave me an adult coloring book (40 pages - finished in under two weeks lol) and the colored pencils - did you know it's a "thing" for many adults to color?? new to me lol and I'm now hooked, addicted to it lol find it very relaxing/therapeutic (mind blowing how many choices/types of coloring books there are) ... the mandala? ones are currently my favorite to color - the more challenging something is the more I like it ... my reading phase has slowed down a bit ... frequently finding something on Netflex that catches my interest ... so could say I've been in a trifecta phase of interests lol

I'm still working on the whole get to the Y thing (using weather - I know such a poor excuse lol) ... hopefully I'll eventually at least make it to the Sunday afternoon water walking class ... baby steps ... it's been a little hard crawling out of the ditch I find myself I've fallen into ... like in the past I will get p'o'd enough to actually get moving again ... sometimes just takes me longer to get to that point ... really think I should be crowned the queen of procrastinators ... yes I know not something to exactly proud of lol

There is one thing now planned to look forward to this year lol going on a bus tour trip for three days/two night to Atlantic City! I went there alone around two-three years ago courtesy of Alex ... was a new experience doing it solo ... think it would have been far more fun if had others with me ...

soooo my sister-in-law who works for the bus company and Joette talked me into going on trip in late July to Atlantic City ... so excited - can't wait to hang out on the boardwalk and and enjoy the beach ... luckily I had brought home some winnings from the Rivers Casino and hadn't spent it paying off a few bills as originally had planned ... I'll just keep paying the minimums for now - the trip is priority number one now ... all I need to do is put as much money aside as I can between now and July so have some money to play slots ... be difficult but so worth it ...

Well everyone, if you followed/comment on my posts I thank you ... appreciate it so much ... thanks for making me feel idk welcome here even though my little blog is different from other blogs ...

I hope and encourage those going through challenging times/situations hang in there, remember life is a fickle little brat ... never know what tomorrow is going to bring ... neither the good or the bad lasts - seems nothing in life is permanent ... sucks but is what it is ... NOTHING is worth throwing in the towel, calling it quits ... NOTHING ... life is a roller coaster ride full of ups/downs/twists and turns ... just have to hang on and ride it till reach the end ... it can be the hardest thing you do but if I can and do do it then so can anyone/you ... right now I'm just surviving not thriving but I have experienced both ... when going through life in survive mode I try to learn from the experience ... guess I hope that there is a reason for it even if don't know what that is or idk the whole why me, what did I do to end up here ... I can tell you I never ever thought I'd end up where I have - never saw it coming lol just grateful have a roof over my head and all the necessary basic stuff - could be alot worse lol
