Snow likely early Sunday, followed by the coldest mid December airmass in several years
this no bueno. im sick of my hands and feet being frozen. i don't like to keep my heat on high in my house but even shoes and socks arent cutting this.
i don't need no stinkin' snow to piss me off on saturday night either. someone gave me a ticket to see Jon Tyler Wiley & His Virginia Choir with Carrie Brockwell.
Ive met Jon before on the rockboat when he was in a band called melodime. I adore melodime. i was sad when they broke up however, they are getting back together for the rockboat once again. i was at their farewell show in 2022 which was held a year after their breakup due to COVID. it was sad but a very uplifting show. the lead singer, Bradley is a good friend. anyhow, Jon created his own band after the band breakup, Jon Tyler Wiley & His Virginia Choir and theyve been performing all over.
the opening act is Carrie Brockwell. I met Carrie and her father last year at DTH. she is a delightful young lady. so incredibly sweet and kind. he father is a real hoot. every time we ran into them it became hey. its carrie and barry! she was on american idol in 2022 and made her way to a golden ticket to hollywood. she didnt move forward very much but i don't think you need no stinking ticket to hollywood to make it. i texted her and told her i was coming and she said she couldnt wait to hug me....ditto girl friend, ditto! (that's barry in this video)
i just hope the 'snow' comes in later on saturday night and not earlier so i don't have to drive in any stinking freezing shit.

That is a bad forecast
Most of the crap is forecasted to hit my area in the overnight hours. I'm not much of a fan of driving in it. My worst white knuckler was a return trip from Philly on 95.
95 blows ass anyway I hate being on 95. I will be on 495 but I have to pass the mixing bowl as they call it and that's 95 395 and 495. That's always a cluster fuck.
I like the snow but then again I don't drive.
after the white knuckling i did coming home on monday, im done for this season. and where i plan on going i will be on the hellacious 495, the beltway and dreaded by all
