Lots of reasons electric is not good. First of all is the electric vehicke is an example of the cart before the horse. If the electrical grid can't handle demand now. What would it be like with millions of cars sucking up power. You build more capacity then encourage people to switch. Secondly. We all have battery operated tools that we have thrown away because you can't buy a battery for it any more. It is already happening with some electric cars. Tgirdly . Too long on a wait for a charge. It takes 5 min. To fuel my car if empty. And most of that time is due to the transaction process. Until electric cars can go from almost empty to full in 5 min. No thanks. I have a lot more but will close with this. If it catches fire in your garage whike charging. Water will not put it out. By by house. Up in flames.
