We rely on members to let us know when posts contain content that violiate the
community guidelines. The most common reason that content gets flagged is that it contains dehumanizing or trolling/baiting text. Getting too many flagged posts will result in account termination.

I too suffer from Social Phobia. When I was in my 20's there was no such thing as Social Phobia & I just thought I was cripplingly shy.
Two things that helped but they came about by chance... becoming a parent & that helped me put my children's needs before my own fears. Becoming a crossdresser & taking on a new persona also was greatly beneficial.
