Ok today I will do another first. I am going to the gym. Today when I am in locker room, I will undress for shower in panties when I get dressed again I will put a clean pair on. Which types should I wear?

I wore white cotton. I had the silky lace pink ones ready to wear out of shower but the timing was not right. I didnt shower - no towels. I just came right home.
