I usually do barbecued meatballs and lil smokes in the crack pot. My favorite dip is as follows: 1 pound each ground chuck and mild breakfast sausage, browned and drained in a large pot. Add in 1 can rotel, your level of spice, drained. 1 large block Velveeta cheese, cubed. 1 small can of cream of mushroom soup. Combine all ingredients until cheese is melted. Use as a dip with your choice of tortilla chips, or serve on top of tater tots that have been deep fried. Enjoy!
