This morning, I was woke up at 1:30 by the victims advocate program

To tell me the psychopath was bonded out of jail

I do not understand how someone had 5 violations in prison for bad behavior

Gets out on parole

And then breaks the term of his probation

And does not get sent back to prison

The system is not right

It does not protect victims.

This is a man who tried to end me
